Extensive Site excavation and reconsolidation to construct a 13,500 sf, 2 storey, non-combustible building with sprinkler and fire alarm systems. Structural steel on standard concrete foundations.
The envelope utilized an inverted exterior wall design, with curtainwall glazing systems, masonry veneers and metal cladding. Site work included inclusion of a storm water filtration pond.
