This 5,000 sf Tenant Improvement was the 2nd phase of a 3 phase Site & Building Redevelopment;
The existing 12,000 sf building, including 2,400 sf Mezzanine, situated on a 21,000 sf site, had all services upgraded and all partitions and fire separations removed, due to previous poor, non-conforming construction. This space provides for the client’s full service-retail experience, as well as shipping/receiving & connection to the Music Lesson Centre.
