Dayton Mills was awarded this 2,932 sf TI contract, including exterior structural additions, architectural stone, Alpolic envelope facades, plus the redevelopment of 3,000 sf of “Bush”, into a beautiful Landscape & Seating area for the Community to gather.
The Interior is a DQ designed Commercial Kitchen, Servery, Public Dining Room and washrooms.
A very nice project, due to the commitment of the Owner, Architect, DQ Canada, Dayton Mills and all Trade Contractors. Project was finished on time.
